About the position

The Cryptologic Computer Scientist 2 role involves designing, developing, delivering, and operating solutions to complex cryptologic computer science problems. The position requires applying advanced computer science skills within a scientific framework to support various cryptologic missions, including forensics, attack attribution, and protection of critical networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and operate solutions to cryptologic computer science problems.
• Apply requisite computer science skills to provide state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
• Support cryptologic missions through knowledge discovery of passive and active systems.
• Engage in software design, programming, and computational science.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph are mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience with a Doctoral degree, three years with a Master's degree, or five years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Seven years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree may be considered.
• Degree must be in Computer Science or related fields such as Engineering or Mathematics.
• Relevant experience in computer systems research, simulation/model development, software design, programming, computational science, algorithm analysis, reverse engineering, and system design.
