Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Basic knowledge of crystal properties and their uses in healing or spiritual practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Conduct workshops or informational sessions about the properties of crystals and their uses in metaphysical practices (if applicable).
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and practices within the metaphysical community to enhance customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
