About the position

The Client Relations Manager at Atlantic Aviation is responsible for enhancing customer service levels by providing personalized interactions with all customers using the facility. This role aims to improve customer satisfaction, which is expected to lead to increased business and fuel purchases. The position involves representing the company professionally, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Atlantic Aviation in a professional and positive manner.
  • Apply the principles of the 'Atlantic Attitude' at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Interact with customers, vendors, and employees in a courteous manner.
  • Coordinate customer service order requests.
  • Ensure a pleasant and clean work environment.
  • Maintain a high level of safety and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Perform duties of a Customer Service Representative, including greeting customers and providing assistance.
  • Promote the usage of all Atlantic bases to customers and relay information to sales personnel.
  • Greet pilots and passengers, ensuring their immediate needs are met.
  • Direct flight crews to the concierge desk and offer refreshments.
  • Develop relationships with customers during interactions.
  • Work with the General Manager to funnel leads to Regional Sales Managers.
  • Implement monthly tips from the marketing department.
  • Drive passengers and pilots to requested locations.
  • Create a database of frequent customers with personal information.
  • Coordinate sending birthday and anniversary cards to customers.
  • Procure reservations for special items requested by customers.
  • Be knowledgeable about local events and attractions.
  • Assist the General Manager with lease agreements and tenant negotiations.
  • Update customer information files in the POS system.
  • Communicate service requirements to Customer Service Representatives.
  • Develop and participate in customer appreciation events.
  • Market and promote the Atlantic Network and customer programs.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or GED.
  • Valid State Driver's license and minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service or FBO environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations with minimal errors.
  • Some leadership skills.
