We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with stock availability and product pricing.
• Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
• Supervise sales associates during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail operations.
• Ability to supervise others effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
• Proficiency in retail math concepts to assist with inventory management and sales analysis.
