About the position

The Account Manager for ISV at AWS is responsible for driving business growth by managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and executing strategies to meet their goals. This role involves collaborating with various teams within AWS to support ISV partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and advocating for their needs while aligning with AWS business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders within ISV accounts.
  • Develop and manage opportunities to grow customer engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with AWS resources to support customer interests and service implementation.
  • Implement strategies for new service adoption and business development.
  • Facilitate technical collaboration and partnership with ISV customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in B2B environments, particularly in solution-sales or technology-related fields.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies relevant to cloud computing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Nice-to-haves

  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Associate Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
