About the position

The CSIS Data Governance Administrator is responsible for overseeing the data governance programs, learning management programs, and digital content delivery for the CSIS program. This role involves managing various initiatives related to training, digital media production, and content development, while also providing support for local education agencies (LEAs) in improving data quality and accountability. The administrator supervises a team of field support technicians and specialists, ensuring the effective development and delivery of training content and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the direction of CSIS's data governance programs and learning management programs.
  • Manage digital content delivery and various initiatives for CSIS administered projects.
  • Supervise CSIS Field Support Technicians, Specialists, and Implementation Specialists.
  • Assign tasks and monitor the development and delivery of training content and materials.
  • Serve as a key resource for LEAs to improve data quality, accuracy, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in K-12 environments.
  • Experience in data governance, data management, and curriculum development for adult learners preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in data management, information systems, education, or a related field required.
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
