About the position

The Customer Service Representative at BCforward Technologies is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients in Chandler, AZ. This role involves managing a high volume of incoming calls, assisting clients with the application process, and ensuring effective communication between clients and case managers. The position is a full-time contract role with the potential for extension, requiring strong customer service and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients/public and assess purpose of office visit.
  • Make referrals for community resources.
  • Assist clients to prepare for the application process.
  • Register application and check for prior client history.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Route calls and messages to appropriate staff.
  • Photocopy information submitted by client for eligibility process.
  • Direct client and information to the assigned/appropriate case manager.
  • Open, date stamp and distribute all mail (US/Inner office/scanned/emailed/fax).
  • Prepare outgoing mail according to office procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year consecutive customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
