About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing customer requests effectively. This role involves processing customer orders, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations. The CSR will also maintain organized patient files and stay informed about product information and funding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and address customer requests effectively.
• Receive, qualify, and process customer orders in accordance with Sleep Rx guidelines.
• Build relationships with referral sources through responsive and friendly service.
• Educate customers on products and services that meet their needs.
• Provide feedback to referral sources to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Prepare and manage documents related to customer orders and billing accurately.
• Document order status using the Communication Log and patient notes in the system.
• Maintain tracking systems for outstanding prescriptions and organized patient files.
• Keep the facility neat, clean, and organized.
• Stay informed on product information and changes in funding procedures.
• Perform all job functions safely and courteously.
• Complete the Bright Tree Program successfully.
• Contribute to center growth beyond fundamental responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year working in a customer support/service environment.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multi-task projects and make independent decisions.
• Desire to improve the quality of life for Aura Healthcare customers.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with computers is required.
• Billing or Customer Service experience in Durable Medical Equipment is preferred.
