About the position

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service in an office setting.
  • Ability to communicate pricing, order status, and track responses.
  • Ability to handle technical questions and analyze situations quickly to provide effective solutions.
  • A friendly and calm demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
