About the position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Dunamis Power Electric, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role is crucial in establishing and refining customer service systems to enhance the overall customer experience while also assisting with social media management and lead generation efforts to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Assist customers with service requests, troubleshooting, and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Develop, implement, and refine customer service systems and processes to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer service experience.
  • Help manage service scheduling and coordinate with our electrical team to ensure timely service.
  • Assist with managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with customers and followers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts by following up on inquiries, tracking leads, and supporting the sales team as needed.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to take on additional roles and responsibilities as required by the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer management tools.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
