Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.
• Support clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus; candidates who can communicate in multiple languages are encouraged to apply.
