About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle all customer communications, both written and verbal, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Process inbound shipments, including billing and inventory management.
• Prepare and manage inventories, including preparation for Cycle Counts.
• Process outbound shipments, which includes printing paperwork, shipping labels, and billing.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to upload or download data using Excel.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
