About the position

The Dynamic Billing Associate/Customer Service Representative at Aspen Distribution is responsible for providing excellent service to clients while managing billing and customer inquiries. This full-time position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating deliveries, invoicing, and resolving customer complaints, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learning customers' products and systems
• Working with dispatch to coordinate deliveries
• Invoicing
• Scheduling
• Researching and resolving customer complaints
• Working with warehouse personnel to verify customer inventory and product delivery
• Working with warehouse personnel to verify shipments
• Other duties as required to assist the Warehouse or Transportation Department.

Requirements

• Competency in computer skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
• 3 years of customer service and billing experience (preferred)
• A high school diploma or GED

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in data entry (1 year preferred)
