Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in various systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including transcribing information from documents into electronic formats.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software to manage data effectively.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting team members in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data flow.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED, Associates preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management.
  • Familiarity with various computer systems and software applications used for data entry.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong clerical skills, including the ability to transcribe information accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
