Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide information about Pay-O-Matic bank products and services.
- Stand for extended periods of time while assisting customers.
- Use the POS system for all transactions.
- Work in confined areas alone while adhering to security and safety policies.
- Open and close the store as required.
- Adapt to workplace stressors and manage heavy verbal demands of customer service.
- Maintain compliance with banking-related rules and regulations during transactions.
- Foster a harmonious work environment through mutual respect with colleagues.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Nice-to-haves
