- Identify customer needs and refer them to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
- Maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered by the bank.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service is essential.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
