About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at Daher involves resolving physical and computer-based incidents reported by customers or internal departments throughout the goods flow process. The position requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments to ensure timely resolution of issues, utilizing SAP systems for analysis and incident management.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage all incidents reported using dedicated software for service requests.
  • Process requests made via e-ticket or email to resolve internal or customer issues.
  • Utilize SAP (PEA, PGI, PDA, EWM) for analysis and to identify appropriate contacts for incident resolution.
  • Request information from multiple departments to resolve incidents effectively.
  • Reduce penalties imposed on the company due to departmental errors.
  • Maintain communication with operations staff to ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Acquire knowledge of departmental logistics flows to analyze and resolve issues within set lead times.
  • Arrange training for necessary information systems used by all departments.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP EWM and other SAP modules (PEA, PGI, PDA).
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and customers.
  • Ability to analyze incidents and identify appropriate solutions.
