About The Position
Connecticut Rush Select is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead and manage one of our Select teams, focusing on the development and growth of young players. This part-time role requires strong coaching skills, game knowledge, and excellent communication, as well as a passion for soccer and teaching. The Head Coach will be responsible for creating a high-performance environment for players aged U15-U19, ensuring their skill development and fostering a positive team culture.
