CT Technologist

The Computerized Tomography (C.T.) Technologist is responsible for performing CT scan procedures and exams on patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to the ALARA principle. This role requires independent judgment and initiative to coordinate patient flow and manage the activities of the CT Scanner. The technologist must demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate for patients of all ages, including adults, geriatrics, and children, while also being aware of safety issues and recognizing signs of abuse or neglect.
