About the position
The CTCS Relationship Manager 3 is a senior-level position focused on sales and relationship management within the banking sector. This role involves managing a complex book of business, primarily consisting of high-profile clients, and includes responsibilities such as trust accounting system processing and approvals. The position requires proactive client engagement through external calling and visits, as well as administrative management of client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OCR processes to prospects and current book of business clients through profiling to uncover additional opportunities.
- Develop and implement external calling plans and conduct client visits.
- Administratively manage a book of business for mostly complex and/or high-profile clients.
- Handle daily requirements including money movements, trading, and other customer service responsibilities.
- Provide trust accounting system approvals/rejections to other Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, or Client Service Specialists.
- Assist in various projects or leadership teams as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of Relationship Management experience in a banking environment
Nice-to-haves
- Prior Corporate Trust and/or Institutional Custody experience
