About the position
The CTCS Relationship Manager 3 is a senior-level position focused on sales and relationship management within a banking environment. This role involves managing a complex book of business, primarily consisting of high-profile clients, while also handling daily trust accounting system processes. The position requires proactive client engagement and the ability to uncover additional business opportunities through effective profiling and external outreach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OCR processes to prospects and current book of business clients through profiling to uncover additional opportunities.
- Develop and implement external calling plans and conduct client visits.
- Administratively manage a book of business for mostly complex and/or high-profile clients.
- Handle daily requirements including money movements, trading, and other customer service responsibilities.
- Provide trust accounting system approvals/rejections to other Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, or Client Service Specialists.
- Assist in various projects or leadership teams as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of Relationship Management experience in a banking environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior Corporate Trust and/or Institutional Custody experience.
