About the position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the technology direction of an international crypto company entering the U.S. market. This position involves building and managing a team of Front-End and Back-End Engineers, ensuring the development of high-quality software products, and coordinating with overseas technology teams. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage a team of Front-End and Back-End Engineers.
• Coordinate with technology team overseas.
• Lead Software Engineers across the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead development of the company's product platform.
• Ensure enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable code using best practices.
• Maintain a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of technologies such as PHP Laravel Framework, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, Git, Ajax, Angular, Vue, React, Svelte, and JSON.
• Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must.
• Experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries is a must.
• Experience leading fundraising efforts to secure investments to support the company's growth.
• Experience with Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
• Experience hiring, training and managing front-end and back-end software engineers.
• Strong desire to help grow the company's business.
• Excellent communication skills.
