About the position

This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology with business goals and drive product development initiatives within the company. The CTO will also be responsible for defining IT architecture and ensuring the successful deployment of applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy for the company.
• Oversee software development projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define IT architecture and drive product development initiatives.
• Demonstrate testing and experimentation with different AI models and frameworks.
• Research and implement various open-source tools and technologies.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams to foster innovation and productivity.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with AWS.
• Strong background in IT architecture and product development.
• Experience in project management and strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying applications.
• Understanding of security protocols in an enterprise environment.

• Experience with Docker and containerized infrastructure.
