About the position

The Culinary Attendant, EDR is responsible for maintaining food stations in the Employee Dining Room (EDR), ensuring that products are fresh and stocked according to the sous chef's specifications. This entry-level position involves setting up, breaking down, and replenishing food and beverage stations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain food stations in the EDR.
  • Ensure products are fresh and stocked at levels determined by the sous chef.
  • Set up and break down food and beverage stations.
  • Replenish food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Interact politely and knowledgeably with employees and customers.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
  • High School diploma or its equivalency preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking effectively.

  • Experience in a culinary or food service environment.
