The Culinary General Manager at The Good Eating Company is responsible for overseeing culinary operations at a new luxury office space in Santana Row, San Jose. This role focuses on enhancing the guest experience through exceptional food quality and customer service, while managing a diverse team and ensuring financial success. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee culinary operations and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Elevate the guest experience through innovative and high-quality food offerings.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the culinary operations.
  • Train and direct a talented and diverse staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
  • Develop and maintain superior client relations and executive presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of management experience in a culinary setting.
  • 5 years of functional experience in food service or hospitality.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
