About the position

Be an integral part of the healing process by ensuring food quality, service, safety, and sanitation are provided for all patients or residents. Lead a goal-oriented team to create an environment that is effective and productive, and that takes pride in delivering quality service every time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect
  • Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer satisfaction through communication, integrity, and performance
  • Take action and provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur
  • Support team member recruiting, training, development, scheduling, and assignments
  • Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members
  • Manage and monitor all department sales and costs

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of healthcare food service operations
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
