A clean and organized cultivation environment is essential, and the technician will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Daily responsibilities include the care and maintenance of plants, which encompasses watering, feeding, pruning, and transplanting according to established protocols. The technician will monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels, and assist in applying nutrients, fertilizers, and pest management solutions as directed by senior staff.
