About the position
The Cultivation Technician at Trulieve plays a crucial role in supporting the operations within the Cultivation department. This position involves manual labor focused on the care and maintenance of plants, ensuring compliance with laws and operational guidelines. The technician will work closely with a team to provide high-quality products that help alleviate various medical conditions for patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical, repetitive agricultural work following directions from supervisors
- Climb ladders or work on elevated platforms as needed
- Water and treat plants
- Fill pots with soil
- Prune plants
- Harvest plants
Requirements
- Highly motivated

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 19 years
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening
