About the position
The Cultivation Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the operations within the Cultivation department at Trulieve. This position involves manual labor focused on the care and maintenance of plants in a controlled environment, ensuring compliance with laws and operational guidelines. The technician will work closely with a team to provide high-quality care to plants, contributing to the production of medical products designed to alleviate various health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide manual labor to support cultivation operations.
- Follow directions and take instructions from supervisors.
- Perform repetitive agricultural work, including climbing ladders and working on elevated platforms.
- Water and treat plants as needed.
- Fill pots with soil for planting.
- Prune plants to promote healthy growth.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Cultivation experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
