About the position

The Retail Curbside Attendant at AYR Wellness is responsible for processing all incoming curbside orders from online platforms while ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and adherence to operational protocols in a dynamic dispensary environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory from the sales floor and enter products into the customer's sales order.
• Build and set up profiles in Leaf Logix.
• Update all steps during the process of applicable software program applications.
• Create an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship.
• Answer customer's questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.
• Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
• Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Report on all issues to management.
• Keep up to date with all regulations and policies including state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and register area.

Requirements

• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members.
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment.
• Understanding and knowledge of cannabis products.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-3 years working in a retail setting, cannabis experience is a plus.
