The custodian will maintain the building and surrounding areas in a clean and safe condition, report maintenance needs, and participate in thorough cleaning during summer vacations. The position also involves emergency cleanup in response to vandalism, spills, or illness, and may include light landscaping duties such as mowing and trimming grass. Minor plumbing and electrical tasks may be required, provided they do not necessitate licensure.
