Responsibilities

• Cleans buildings including floors, windows, bathrooms, and restrooms.
• Stocks restrooms with paper products and soap.
• Replaces bulbs, fuses, and toilet and sink parts; unstops clogs.
• Performs maintenance tasks such as removing leaves and debris, cleaning sidewalks, and moving furniture.
• Operates power tools and maintains inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Locks and unlocks buildings, sets up rooms for meetings, and hauls off trash.
• Makes minor repairs to furniture and ensures heating and air conditioning are operating properly.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Required to obtain a CDL and Bus License.
• Working knowledge of custodial work methods and techniques.
• Ability to work productively without close supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions.
