The Custodian / Cleaner position at KBS involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various areas of a facility. Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site.
• Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.

Requirements

• Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
