Responsibilities

• Ensure clean and sanitary facilities including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, and parking lots according to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as emptying waste receptacles, dusting, sweeping, mopping, stripping and waxing floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Assist in facility support by setting up rooms for special events and performing minor maintenance and repair activities.
• Identify and react to additional cleaning needs and report facility issues to management.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to feedback and changes.

Requirements

• Ability to work evening shifts from 5 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
• Basic communication skills in English; Spanish is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
