About The Position

Kokosing Construction Company is seeking a part-time custodian for its Fredericktown, Ohio shop and office locations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both office and industrial settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an industrial setting cleaning office and shop locations
• Ability to work after 5pm each day
• Good driving record and have transportation between buildings
• Able to lift heavy trash bags from shop areas to waste disposal containers
• Attention to details and focus

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms and kitchens
• Clean interior glass and metal doors
• Sweep and mop all concrete floor areas
• Sweep carpets
• Clean computer monitors
• Empty trash cans
• Order supplies to perform duties
• Communicate with facility staff relating to facility maintenance items
• Perform other duties as required
