About the position

The Custom Applicator & Operations position at AGRILAND FS involves working outdoors with various agricultural equipment while providing exceptional customer service. The role includes in-house training for a CDL and equipment operation, with responsibilities that vary throughout the week and season. Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agricultural equipment including sprayers and spreaders.
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service during operations.
• Participate in in-house training and certification for DOT License and Endorsements.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-starting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Some mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching difficult areas.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in agricultural operations or equipment handling is a plus.
