About the position

The Custom Product Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of custom marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, and a keen understanding of design processes. The position is hybrid, based in Culver City, CA, and is expected to last for 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management - Manage customs projects with short timelines, ensuring efficient time management and strong work ethic.
  • Briefing Creatives - Collaborate with the Marketing team and external partners to create a comprehensive creative brief for the design team.
  • Product Development - Coordinate with internal design teams and external vendors to develop and produce approved designs.
  • Packaging Development - Work with design teams to create packaging once hardware designs are approved.
  • Managing Internal Stakeholders - Facilitate collaboration among all internal departments to ensure successful program completion.
  • Seeding - Oversee and execute a successful seeding strategy in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Logistics - Ensure timely delivery of final products by managing relationships with courier and shipping vendors.
  • Budget Management - Align and manage the budget for programs in collaboration with the Customs and Drops Budget Manager.
  • EMV & Data Management - Evaluate the success of custom programs by compiling and analyzing data against KPIs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to identify issues and proactively problem solve
  • Agile self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong execution and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage design files within the Adobe suite
  • Ability to develop actionable steps to improve processes
  • Effective communication skills with global stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and manage complex projects
  • Excellent attention to detail from inception to completion
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and a drive to bring new insights and ideas to the brand.
