About the position

The Customer Account Executive at PrideStaff is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and sales team members. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing orders and quotes, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups to meet customer needs in a fast-paced business-to-business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and sales team members.
  • Provide territory support for ISC Sales representatives.
  • Manage orders and quotes, including issuing and reviewing quotes and order acknowledgements.
  • Order samples from appropriate suppliers and communicate order and shipping information.
  • Split orders with partial availability for accounts that allow incomplete shipments.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to address customer concerns and requests.
  • Research customer issues and specifications as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding quotes and orders.
  • Reach out to customers about no sale/low sale accounts and opportunities to sell excess inventory.
  • Create cases for case management and provide follow-up throughout the process.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure their needs are met through regular follow-ups.
  • Promote and market company capabilities, products, and services.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
