About the position

Georgia Pacific Recycling is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Green Bay, WI. This role involves managing procurement needs for GPR plants and customers, logistics scheduling, and order fulfillment while fostering relationships with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer solutions, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively offer solutions to supply chain activities based on supplier and GPR Plant needs.
• Understand order fulfillment buy/sell plan.
• Ensure execution and oversee scheduling while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Implement solutions and resolve service challenges, maintaining expected service levels for internal and external customers.
• Develop key relationships across internal and external customer business functions including sales, operations, accounting, planning, finance, manufacturing, and transportation.
• Provide strategic and analytical support to the Domestic Recycling team when evaluating new sales channels.
• Innovate improvements in order management processes, vendor supply needs, and systems.
• Travel to visit customers, offsite warehouses, and GP production facilities to build relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, inside sales, supply chain, or customer service.
• Experience with an order management system (e.g. SAP, Infor, Honeywell, Citrix, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of inside sales, logistics, supply chain, or account management experience.
• Experience using CRM Software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience in process improvement, change management, and team collaboration.
