About the position

The Account Service Associate at Zabatt Power Systems is responsible for managing incoming service calls and emails, handling work orders, and assisting in the overall management of service and client accounts. This role serves as a liaison between customers and field technicians, coordinating service installations, repairs, and maintenance for generator equipment. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls and emails.
• Open and close work orders.
• Assist in the overall management of service/client accounts.
• Coordinate and schedule field service installation, repair, and maintenance of generator equipment.
• Prepare reports and quotes.
• Assist the Service Department and Team Lead with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of account management experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with office systems and software programs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
