About the position

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls related to billing and payment inquiries.
- Monitor the premium accounting inbox and respond to emails as needed.
- Process return mail and research to determine correct addresses.
- Assist Customer Accounting Specialists with identifying payment posting methods.
- Perform copying, scanning, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Entry-level position with less than 1 year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Ability to research simple to moderately complex billing and collection issues.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts.
