We are looking for people who possess the following background/characteristics: Good communicator—excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner. Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively. Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person”). Valiant, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results. Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills. Desire for continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients
  • Provide ongoing service and support to existing policyholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Make product recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals
  • Provide education to clients on tax efficient strategies
  • Be a structured and coachable team player that is open to training development and further education
