About the position

The Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager for North America at AWS Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that engage low-billing accounts to drive customer acquisition and service adoption. This role involves collaboration with regional leaders, reporting on progress to global teams, localizing campaigns, and working with partner marketing to enhance the adoption of managed services and ISV solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve customer acquisition goals, including lead generation and service adoption.
  • Report progress to worldwide teams and local partners in field marketing, sales, and partner management.
  • Localize and implement marketing campaigns in the USA and Canada.
  • Work with partner marketing and management teams to accelerate the adoption of channel partners' offerings.
  • Influence marketing technology and campaign roadmaps to meet local market needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in performance and growth marketing.
  • Experience influencing senior executives within a global, matrixed organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
