About the position

The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns that align with customer acquisition costs (CAC) and break-even key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves hands-on management of both online and offline marketing initiatives to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and drive new customer acquisition. The position is ideal for a proactive individual who can contribute to the company's growth and profitability while being involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns that meet CAC and break-even KPIs.
  • Develop and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to generate MQLs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in customer acquisition, specifically in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
