SPITwSPOTS, Inc is seeking multiple Customer Acquisition Technicians (Installers) for our Fairbanks location. The primary responsibilities of this role include performing installations for customers, configuring and installing basic Wi-Fi components, and repairing outdoor CAT5e cables. Additionally, maintaining tools, equipment, vehicles, and workspaces is a key part of the job to ensure safety and efficiency in operations. As a Customer Acquisition Technician, you will have the opportunity to assist more experienced technicians (Customer Acquisition Technician II or III) with the installation of advanced wireless internet equipment and whole-home Wi-Fi systems. This role requires a valid driver's license, as you will be driving a company-provided vehicle. Due to insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 18 years old. The position also demands physical strength, as you will need to lift and carry weights between 50 to 100 pounds and work at heights exceeding 40 feet. Candidates must be prepared to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols, including weight restrictions for safety equipment. The compensation for this position ranges from $900 to $1400 per week, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance. Employees will work a guaranteed overtime schedule of four 10-hour days, providing a consistent work-life balance.
