Candidates must be at least 18 years old due to insurance requirements and must be willing to travel outside of their home area for periods of up to two weeks at a time, with a week off between cycles. The job demands physical strength, as technicians must be able to lift and carry weights between 50-100 pounds and work at heights exceeding 40 feet.
