About The Position

The Customer Advocacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing escalated customer complaints received from various channels including regulators, attorneys, political officials, and the Better Business Bureau. Provide training to staff and direct team members’ workflow. Perform all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The target pay range is $120,000-$126,000 + Annual Bonus.
