Customer Assistance Representative - Columbia Regional Airport

About the position

The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at Enterprise Mobility is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers at the Columbia Regional Airport. This role involves assisting customers with their rental needs, managing reservations, and performing various administrative tasks. The CAR Sr will gain hands-on experience and training to support the branch operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while providing transportation to customers safely and courteously.
• Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services to customers.
• Sell optional protection products, upgrades, and other equipment as needed.
• Notify management of any vehicle problems or required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
