About the position

The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at Enterprise Mobility will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers at the Las Vegas Airport location. This role involves assisting customers with their rental needs, processing transactions, and providing administrative support while ensuring a positive customer experience. The CAR Sr will also engage in hands-on training to enhance their skills and knowledge in the rental process.

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, providing information and resolutions for customers and vendors.
  • Manage outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone to assess their rental needs.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
  • Assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return and process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Market the company effectively while picking up and dropping off customers safely and courteously.
  • Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services to customers.
  • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, and other additional equipment as needed.
  • Notify management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, and running miscellaneous reports.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, hospitality, or administrative support required.
  • Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions within the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
