Chobani is seeking a Customer Business Manager to join our dynamic sales team, which serves as the face of our brand. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every cup of Chobani yogurt and La Colombe coffee we sell meets the expectations of our customers. As a Customer Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving and leading sales activities for our customers, focusing on both Chobani and La Colombe brands. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing customer sales data, managing customer-driven initiatives, and developing our Private Label portfolio in conjunction with our branded opportunities. In this position, you will ensure the delivery of business objectives through effective distribution, volume management, market share growth, and the introduction of new items. You will identify and define specific strategic business objectives aimed at increasing sales and profitability for the Chobani and La Colombe portfolio. Your role will also involve executing and delivering on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while supervising customer performance to develop actionable plans that address challenges and capitalize on opportunities. You will lead communications and meetings with customers and internal partners regarding customer-specific projects, new product development, and the management of the customer's Private Label portfolio. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be essential, as you will encourage and implement opportunities for both Chobani and La Colombe branded products. Utilizing customer sales data and category management studies, you will provide fact-based analysis to support business-building initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to perform other duties as necessary to support the sales team and company objectives.
